1. When we organise a spree, we will order your items no matter how many orders we receive.
There isnt a minimum or maximum order limit we set in our spree. So, you know that once we confirm your order, we will definitely get the item for you. (Unless the item is out of stock at the stores.)
2. We're offer price-match to beat other competitors' prices.
3. We have regular bi-weekly shipments which are fast & secure!
We have regular shipments leaving US for Spore currently on a bi-weekly basis. Our shipment has tracking number and insurance. This shipping method incurs a higher cost but comes with a peace of mind so that we can all get our items promptly and securely!
4. We're prompt in replies!
Ever had the experience of asking a question or ordering something from a spree and had to wait forever to receive the item with no communication in between? We're committed to reply to your emails within 24 hours. We have an advantage over others because we have 1 contact person in Spore and the other in US. So we can check and reply emails 24/7 (technically, because we sleep and get away from the computer too. :p) due to time zone difference.
5. We're 100% sincere and trustworthy spree organisers.
We do meet up with our spree participants for collection of items. We take pictures of the actual pre-orders bags & our ready stock items whenever possible. We keep our customers updated regularly on status of their queries, order and shipping.

1. Please check your order thoroughly before posting it. Use the order form to prevent any misunderstandings. We will not be held liable for any errors on the part of the buyer or merchant or for the cost of returns.
2. Order cancellations will not be entertained. All sales and orders are FINAL. No exchange, no returns, no refunds. Refund will only be given when item is out of stock.
3. We reserve the right to cancel the spree due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be made if this happens.
4. All quoted prices are nett and inclusive of US taxes, international shipping, material & handling fees & local postal costs. No other hidden charges.
5. Items will be checked carefully when they arrive at both our US & SG locations before posting to our buyers. We will not be responsible if items get lost/damaged in transition. If you feel more assured checking the items personally, you can self-collect the item at Yishun St. 71.
6. Strictly No C.O.D (cash on delivery). For self-collection, will only be arranged at Yishun St. 71 on weekday evenings & weekends. No other locations available.
7. Measurements stated are approximation. Sometimes may vary slightly between 1-2inches because of manufacturing differences. We do not have control over this and please do not ask us to measure / take pictures for each and every piece of stock.
8. Updates will only be done via e-mail. Add luv.sprees@gmail.com to your address book to ensure our messages are not filtered as spam.
Do not participate if you are uncomfortable with any of the expressed or implied terms. By participating in our spree, it is deemed that you have read and agree with our T&C.
We hope everyone can co-operate when joining our sprees. We will send regular updates regarding your order. Please be patient if there happens to be a delay. Average duration of a pre-order is about 3-4 weeks. If you are the impatient sort, please do not join.

How spree participants should make their orders in 6 easy steps:
Step 1 - Browse through our website & photo gallery and decide what you would like to order!
Step 2 - Read through our terms and conditions to make sure you have understood and agreed with the T&C.
Step 3 - Fill up your order information using the order form format provided, proceed with payment then email us the details at luv.sprees@gmail.com.
Step 4 - We will confirm and place your order asap. We will also reply email to confirm receipt of payment and order has been placed.
Step 5 - We will double check the items to make sure they are correct and in good condition before shipping them out from US.
Step 6 - We will email you again once the items have arrived in Singapore and arrange for posting to you within 2-3 business days. We will then forward the Singpost reference number / Courier tracking number to you thereafter.
